Materials Oceania 2025 Conference: Call for Contributions
The Materials Oceania 2025 conference invites researchers, practitioners, and industry professionals to submit original contributions for the Materials Science Conference taking place at Yonsei University in Seoul, South Korea, from September 16-19, 2025. This International Materials Science Congress will be a premier gathering of global experts in the field of materials science, where cutting-edge research and innovative developments will be shared, discussed, and celebrated.
As a key event in the materials science community, Materials Oceania 2025 provides an excellent platform for networking, collaboration, and knowledge exchange. We encourage participants to submit papers, posters, and abstracts on a broad range of topics related to materials science, engineering, and technology.
We encourage submissions from academics, researchers, and industry professionals working in the fields of materials science, materials engineering, and advanced materials technologies. This Materials Science event will provide attendees with an opportunity to present new findings, collaborate with peers, and engage in discussions that will shape the future of materials science.

GUIDELINES
Overview of abstract submission and evaluation process:
- Abstracts submitted to the conference should be written in English only.
- Abstracts should be submitted as per the template available above.
- Authors can submit their abstracts in Doc, Docx and Pdf format.
- Any act of plagiarism is totally unacceptable.
- Each abstract should be strictly within 1 page in length, contains about 500 words.
- The presenting author is required to ensure that all co-authors are aware of the content of the abstract
before submission.
- The type of presentation should be nominated while submitting the abstract.
- The abstract submission should be made via conference website only.
- Submissions not meeting these guidelines risk rejection without consideration of their merits.
- Notification of acceptance or rejection of the scientific committee will be given after a week of
submission.
- All accepted abstracts will be published in the conference proceedings and the proceedings book will be
distributed to all the conference attendees at the registration desk on the day of the conference.
